La disminuci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o del cerebro, junto con otros cambios fisiol\u00f3gicos, contribuye a lo que muchos experimentan como p\u00e9rdida de memoria relacionada con la edad. Los olvidos ocasionales no suelen ser motivo de preocupaci\u00f3n. Practicar yoga o meditaci\u00f3n de 15 a 30 minutos al d\u00eda te ayudar\u00e1 a conectar con la parte del cerebro que nunca se apaga.<\/li>\n<li><b>Jardiner\u00eda<\/b>\u2013 La jardiner\u00eda tiene beneficios f\u00edsicos y puede ayudar a aliviar el malestar mental.<\/li>\n<li><b>Socializar<\/b>Al socializar con otros, te sientes menos solo y estimulas tus procesos mentales. \u00a1Prueba algo nuevo y \u00fanete a una nueva clase de baile o arte!<\/li>\n<li><b>M\u00fasica<\/b>\u2013 Escuchar y tocar m\u00fasica ayuda a estimular el cerebro y evoca recuerdos del pasado.<\/li>\n<li><b>Cocinando<\/b>\u2013 Introducir alimentos con altos niveles de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/omega-3-fish-oil-for-brain-health\">\u00c1cidos grasos omega 3<\/a>\u00a0Son la base de una funci\u00f3n cerebral saludable. El salm\u00f3n, el arenque, el at\u00fan, las nueces, la linaza y la soja contienen altos niveles de estos nutrientes.
