Si fumas o bebes en exceso, esfu\u00e9rzate por dejarlo. Otros cambios que puedes hacer para mejorar la salud de tu coraz\u00f3n y de tu cuerpo en general son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Sea m\u00e1s activo f\u00edsicamente<\/b>\u00a0Empezar es lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil, pero si empiezas con cosas que disfrutas, puede ser m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. Caminar a paso ligero, jugar a los bolos, la jardiner\u00eda y montar en bicicleta son algunas opciones divertidas.
